The SMART event planner is viewed live online which gives you a great overview of your department's meeting schedule. You can view the planner month by month to monitor upcoming events and see where there is space to plan new ones. Individual event types are set by system administrators and business units are colour coded on the planner so you can find events at a glance.

Event invitations can be sent directly from SMART and responses are tracked as soon as the recipient clicks to accept or reject the invite.
